Architectural Control Committee

The A.C.C. is made up of eight property owner's. One of the members is also a member of the Board of Directors. The A.C.C. meets on the first or second Saturday of every month during the months of March-November. (Check with the office for exact dates) Any exterior changes to your home or property MUST be approved by the A.C.C. This includes major projects such as an addition or garage to smaller projects such as painting or replacing your exterior doors, painting or staining decks, sheds, roofing projects, satellite dish installations or replacements, barbeque pits, and many other things. If you are unsure if what your doing needs to be approved, check with the office.

CHANGE IN CONTRACTOR’S HOURS:
All contractors and/or sub-contractors shall not enter the Development nor commence work before 7:30 AM. The workday ends and all contractors are out of the Development no later than 6:00 PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY; 5:00 PM ON SATURDAYS.

There is a form to be filled out for New House Construction and an Exterior Maintenance Modified Form for other exterior changes to your home or property. Applications are to be submitted a few days prior to the meeting.

Please note that Salem Twp. has adopted the Pennsylvania Building Codes. Check with the township before any work. Indian Rocks is in the process of obtaining the codes. To look over some of the codes go to Department of Labor & Industry PA

IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE YOUR LOT PERC TESTED PLEASE FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING FORM PERMISSION FOR PERCULATION TESTING AND TURN IT IN TO THE INDIAN ROCKS OFFICE BEFORE THE PERC TEST IS DONE.
