Indian Rocks Trails
Have You Walked the Pond Trail Yet?
The Indian Rocks Trail Committee and many volunteers have completed the Pond Trail. In the coming months we expect to post trail signs to highlight the locations, but for now you can find blue tape markers. Look for entrances along Indian Rocks Road, Whitetail Lane and Tamarack Lane.
We have some exciting ideas for the future projects but we need community involvement and opinions. Please go to forms on the left and scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Indian Rocks Trails Survey'. Fill it out and fax or e-mail it to the number or e-mail address on the survey.
Our committee will be holding a planning meeting in the fall, so be sure to contact us if you would like to get involved.

911 SIGNS
Recent comments from fire company personnel have prompted this reminder about 911 signs. There are still 911 signs at the office that have not been picked up. These signs are important to identify your home in case of emergency, be it ambulance, fire or police. Also, the old lot signs must be taken down. Your lot number will always be your lot number, but the new 911 number will also be your address if you receive mail here, and having both numbers displayed creates confusion for emergency personnel. Also, the new 911 sign should be displayed so as to be easily seen on a dark rainy or snowy night; perhaps on a tree or stake out near the road if the house is located further back from the road. If you have not been notified of your 911 number, come into the office and we will give you the information to obtain the number from the county.
