Official Notice
Please be advised there will be no election held for 2011, because there were no qualified resumes submitted to fill the 3 open seats for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors, at their October 22, 2011 meeting, voted to reduce the size of the Board from 9 members to 7 members, which will leave 1 open seat to be filled by appointment through the Board of Directors.
Any member in good standing that wishes to be considered to fill this open seat must submit a resume to the Board of Directors through the Association office no later than 4pm on February 6, 2012. In the meantime, the Board of Directors will be able to conduct business with the remaining 6 members.
