Indian Rocks POA has a lakeside restaurant in the community
for lease. The restaurant has the capacity to seat approximately 40 people.
The kitchen is partially equipped and the dining room has tables and chairs.

The Architectural Control Committee is looking for a new member.
The ACC consists of volunteer members, in good standing. Any property owner wishing to serve on this committee should submit a letter to the Board of Directors stating why you would want to be on the ACC. The ACC usually meets the 1st Saturday of the month, during the months of March thru November.

Spring Trash Pick-up along Ledgedale Road from Reid Road to St. Mary’s Church Road will take place Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 10:00 AM. The rain date will be Saturday, April 24th, also at 10:00 AM. It takes about one and a half hours to complete. We will meet at the Office and gloves and safety vests will be supplied. Please call the office (689-7582) if you plan to help so that we have enough materials on hand.

IN SEARCH OF LIFEGUARDS
Despite the winter weather, the Association must start soon to recruit lifeguards for the pool and beach. If you know someone who has their lifeguard certification and needs a summer job, please have them get in touch with the office at 570-689-7582. If you know someone over the age of 15 that would be interested in obtaining the certification to become a lifeguard, have them call the office. The Scranton YMCA offers classes, you can contact the YMCA for more information at 342-8115.

Take Exit 20 off of interstate 84, turn north onto route 507, go approximately six tenths of a mile and turn left onto Ledgedale Road. Go approximately 1.8 miles and when you get to the stop sign Indian Rocks is right across the road. Please stop in at the office before entering the community for a pass.
