Indian Rocks has adopted a
Capitol Improvement Fee.
This is a one time transfer fee due at closing
to Indian Rocks.
For a developed lot the fee is $582.00.
For an undeveloped lot the fee is $291.00.

The Act 180 law that governs the C.I.F. also allows Indian Rocks to require the purchase of a resale certificate. In order to obtain a resale certificate, a request for resale must be filled out and returned to the Association Office. Once the request has been received, and the $125.00 fee paid, the association office has a ten day period in which to complete the certificate.

When you purchase property in Indian Rocks, please bring a copy of your deed into the office. It does not have to be a recorded copy.
