Welcome to Indian Rocks
We are a four-season community right next to Lake Wallenpaupack. We have 1,383 lots within the community, with approximately 920 property owners, and 490 homes. We are located in Salem Township, Wayne County, and in the Western Wayne School District.
Our community has 24 hour public safety, a central water system, and amenities such as a pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, beaches on Lake Wallenpaupack, a playground, and more. If you are looking for a full or part-time residence where you can be close to nature, you have found us!

Assessment Raffle Tickets
Assessment Raffle Tickets are available at the office for $10.00 each or 3 for $25.00. The winner will be picked at the April Board Meeting and the prize amount is one year assessment ($1,000.00). If you would like to purchase raffle tickets, please stop at the office.

LOST AND FOUND
12/19/25 A necklace was found at the mail pavilion. If you have lost a necklace please call the office with a description to see if it is yours.

2026 Refuse Costs
Trash Tickets Available for

$8.00 - per ticket
$37.00 - 5 tickets
$70.00 - 10 tickets
Each ticket is good for one bag up to 40 gallons.
Trash can be brought to the dumpster on
Sunday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Wednesday from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Recycling is free and available only when open for trash.
Please see flyer below for items accepted for recycling.
All trash bags must be emptied into recycling dumpsters.
No bagged recycling will be accepted.

Walkway/Stairs to Dock K Closed
Due to a fallen tree and extensive repairs needed, the walkway/stairs from Ledgedale Road to Dock K will be closed until further notice.
Feeding the Deer Prohibited
Feeding the deer within Indian Rocks is prohibited and violators will be fined $50.00 per occurrence.

Veteran's Park
Indian Rocks Paver Program
The Veteran's Park is located next to the community gym to honor those who served. Our first two orders of bricks have been installed at the Veteran's Park. If you would like to dedicate a brick for a Veteran, please fill out the form below and submit it to the office with your payment. Brick order will be placed when we receive orders for at least 10 bricks.

Parking Notice
Just a reminder that any vehicle illegally parked at a community amenity will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
Dog Registry
Indian Rocks is starting a voluntary dog registry for the sole purpose of returning dogs to their owners. If you would like to add your dog to the registry, please email [email protected] or deliver to the office, a picture of your dog, the dog's name, your name, address, and phone number. If we find a loose dog we will check the registry to see if we can locate the owner quickly.
911 Address Signs and Trash Cans
As a reminder:
- A 911 address sign on your property is required. The sign must be a minimum size of 4 1/2 inches high x 8 inches long, and a minimum number size of 3 1/4 inches high. Dark numbers on a white background, or white numbers on a dark background are acceptable. Sign must be placed as close to eye level as possible, and in a location that is highly visible from the road.
- Trash cans must be removed from the side of the road within 24 hours of pickup.
Clubhouse Rentals
The Indian Rocks clubhouse is available for property owners to rent for a fee of $200. If you are interested in renting the clubhouse, please contact the office to see if the date is available. The form below will need to be filled out and submitted to the office with the rental fee.

Indian Rocks Gym & Clubhouse
The Indian Rocks gym is located in the building beside the clubhouse. If you would like to obtain a key card for the gym, they are available at the Indian Rocks office. Two keys per property owner are free and you will need to sign a release and a gym rules acknowledgement (below). This key will also allow you to enter the clubhouse which has a pool table, ping pong table, Foosball table and TV's available for your use. If you would like a key, please stop at the office. Additional keys for your household or replacement keys are $10.00 each.

Board Mailbox
A Board mailbox has been installed in the entrance of the Indian Rocks office for confidential communication with the Board of Directors. The mailbox can only be opened by a Board member and will be checked regularly.
3.5% Credit Card Fee
Please be advised that effective 1/01/26 there will be a 3.5% fee for all credit card payments.
Public Safety
To contact Public Safety after hours, please call the office number 570-689-7582. All office calls are forwarded to the Public Safety phone when the office is closed.
Classified and Paid Advertising
The classified section is free for Indian Rocks property owners. Advertising for businesses will be sold by the business card or half page size. Business cards will be $50.00 for 6 months and half page will be $100 for 6 months.
